Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia - Arlington Real Estate Agents and Buyers put on Alert not to buy UNITS IN ECLIPSE CONDO due to water leaks.

The Builder Comstock once again is trying to fix the problem.

Despite numerous pleas for Comstock (Builder of The Eclipse Condo on Center Park in Arlington, Virginia) to respond. There are recurrent water leaks from the exterior to the interior of the building, causing a potentially harmful media for black mold. Many units are still unsold in the building. Hardwood flooring has warped and required work to be ripped out, leaving exposed concrete flooring to mitigate the potential for black mold.

While the Condo association works to fight the builder, there are health concerns related to water leakage and potential black mold.

Comstock continues to actively try to sell units to prospective buyers, many of whom are unaware of the buildings problems.
